Delivery
Policy

Last updated: September 28, 2026

This Policy governs Rosa Fiora delivery, timing, recipient availability, substitutions, claims, cancellations, refunds, and replacements. By placing an order, you agree to this Policy and our Terms and Conditions.

1

Scope and Delivery Area

This Delivery Policy governs all Rosa Fiora local deliveries and is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions. We deliver in Miami, Florida, and selected surrounding areas. Availability depends on the exact address, date, product, route capacity, safety, and operational conditions. We may decline an address, offer an alternative, or cancel and refund an order we cannot service.

2

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day service is limited to eligible products, service areas, dates, inventory, and delivery capacity. Eligible made-to-order sizes generally must be submitted before 11:00 AM Miami time on Saturdays and before 2:00 PM Miami time Monday through Friday. On Sundays, only already-prepared sizes with Same Day stock may be offered for same-day service. Prepared sizes may remain available after the general cutoff when the specific size is marked Same Day. Availability may close earlier, and submission does not guarantee acceptance or a particular delivery time.

3

Delivery Dates and Windows

Requested dates and delivery windows are preferences unless Rosa Fiora expressly confirms a guaranteed service in writing. Routes may be completed earlier or later due to traffic, weather, access, holidays, security, recipient coordination, order volume, or other operational conditions. Time-sensitive requests must be disclosed before ordering and accepted by us in writing.

4

Fees and Route Changes

Delivery and service fees are calculated using the information available at checkout and may vary by address, date, urgency, route, and service level. Address corrections, rerouting, waiting, return, storage, re-delivery, or additional attempts may require additional payment before service continues.

5

Recipient and Delivery Details Before Payment

At checkout, before choosing a payment method, the purchaser provides their name, email address, and telephone number. For delivery, the purchaser enters the recipient name and phone number, complete deliverable address (including any apartment, suite, business, or hotel details), delivery date, and relevant access instructions. The purchaser may select an available delivery window or ask us to arrange the time with the recipient. The recipient address is verified and the delivery fee is shown before payment. For pickup, the purchaser chooses a pickup location, date, and appointment time; a recipient delivery address is not required. The payment provider then processes payment credentials. After verified payment, we use the details submitted at checkout to arrange fulfillment. The purchaser must provide accurate information, promptly answer delivery-related communications, and ensure the location and recipient may lawfully accept flowers.

6

Recipient Unavailable and Safe Delivery

If the recipient is unavailable, we may contact the purchaser or recipient, leave the arrangement in a reasonably safe and sheltered location, deliver to a receptionist, concierge, front desk, doorman, neighbor, household member, coworker, or building staff, return the order, or attempt re-delivery for an added fee. We are not required to make more than one attempt unless agreed in writing.

Delivery to such a person or safe location at the provided address constitutes completed delivery. After completed delivery, Rosa Fiora is not responsible for theft, loss, refusal, weather exposure, heat, lack of water, delayed pickup, mishandling, or building personnel's acts or omissions.

7

Apartments, Offices, Hotels, Hospitals, and Venues

Secured or managed properties may restrict florist access and may require delivery to a designated desk or receiving area. The customer is responsible for confirming policies, patient or guest status, room information, business hours, security requirements, and permission to receive flowers. Transfer to authorized property personnel constitutes completed delivery.

8

Incorrect or Incomplete Information

We are not responsible for delay, failed delivery, or delivery to an unintended location caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated customer-provided information. An order affected by such information is not refundable. We may request additional fees or decline further attempts.

9

Proof and Completion of Delivery

We may document delivery using timestamps, driver records, signatures, photographs of the arrangement or drop location, GPS or route information, call or message logs, and confirmation from recipients or property personnel. Such records may be used to establish delivery and resolve claims. A signature is not required unless expressly purchased and confirmed.

10

Weather, Traffic, Safety, and Delays

We may delay, reroute, reschedule, modify, or cancel delivery when weather, flooding, traffic, road closure, building restrictions, emergencies, safety concerns, government action, vehicle failure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control make performance unsafe or impracticable. Delay alone does not entitle the customer to a refund when the arrangement is delivered within a commercially reasonable time under the circumstances.

11

Seasonal Availability and Substitutions

Flowers, foliage, containers, wrapping, ribbons, and decorative elements are subject to seasonality, freshness standards, supplier availability, weather, and market conditions. The purchaser authorizes substitutions without prior approval when reasonably necessary.

We may replace any unavailable stem—including a focal flower—with another variety, adjust shade, texture, stem count, container, or accessory, and use professional judgment to preserve the overall character, primary palette, approximate size, quality, and equal or greater retail value. During holidays and extraordinary shortages, overall impression and value take priority over exact varieties.

Authorized substitutions and natural differences in shade, size, openness, shape, and stem count are not defects and do not qualify for refunds or replacements. Exact requirements apply only when Rosa Fiora confirms them in writing before order acceptance.

12

Care and Perishable Condition

The recipient must promptly bring flowers into an appropriate environment, provide clean water and care, and avoid heat, direct sun, drafts, ripening fruit, pets, and unsafe handling. Vase life varies by flower, condition, environment, and care and is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for deterioration after completed delivery caused by delayed pickup, exposure, dehydration, contamination, or improper care.

13

Damage or Incorrect-Order Claims

A claim that an order was materially damaged at delivery or materially incorrect must be submitted within 24 hours to hello@rosafiora.com or (305) 707-7550. Include the order number, purchaser name, delivery date, detailed explanation, and clear photographs of the full arrangement and issue taken promptly after receipt. Preserve the arrangement and packaging for inspection or pickup.

Late, incomplete, or unverifiable claims may be denied. We may request additional photographs, video, return, pickup, or other reasonable evidence.

14

Refunds and Replacements

Perishable and custom-prepared products are final sale once sourcing, preparation, scheduling, dispatch, or delivery begins. After validating a timely claim for our material error, Rosa Fiora may choose, as the exclusive remedy, replacement, partial replacement, repair, store credit, partial refund, or refund of the affected product. Replacement timing and content remain subject to availability and this substitution policy.

No remedy is due for authorized substitution, natural variation, subjective preference, minor differences, change of mind, inaccurate information, recipient unavailability or refusal, restricted access, safe-location delivery, post-delivery theft or mishandling, failure to follow care instructions, or delay outside our reasonable control. Non-waivable legal rights remain unaffected.

15

Changes and Cancellations

Requests are effective only when accepted by Rosa Fiora in writing and may be denied after sourcing, preparation, scheduling, or dispatch begins. Same-day, holiday, custom, event and special-order purchases may become non-cancelable immediately upon acceptance. Approved changes may require additional payment and may affect timing or availability.

16

Holiday and High-Volume Periods

Holiday periods may have earlier cutoffs, limited inventory, broader delivery windows, increased substitutions, restricted changes, and adjusted fees. Exact delivery times are not guaranteed during high-volume periods unless expressly confirmed as a paid guaranteed service.

17

Force Majeure

Rosa Fiora is not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, supplier or transportation disruption, labor action, utility or network outage, government action, epidemic, civil disorder, safety threat, or extraordinary market shortage. We may reschedule, substitute, suspend, or cancel affected performance.

18
