Rosa Fiora respects your privacy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you visit our website, place an order, contact us, manage subscriptions or use chat, or otherwise interact with our services.

1

Scope and Who We Are

This Privacy Policy describes how Rosa Fiora ("Rosa Fiora," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with rosafiora.com, our floral products and delivery services, subscriptions, chat, forms, marketing, and customer support.

2

Information We Collect

We may collect identifiers and contact information, including customer and recipient names, email addresses, telephone numbers, billing and delivery addresses, building-access information, and account or order identifiers.

We may also collect order and transaction details, delivery instructions, gift messages, customer-service communications, chat messages, form submissions, marketing preferences, uploaded inspiration images, and information you voluntarily provide.

For subscription accounts, we use your verified email and, if you choose Google sign-in, the verified account identifier, name and email provided by Google. We store subscription schedules and the recipient details you enter. An essential secure session cookie keeps you signed in; sign-in does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not receive your Google password or store full payment-card details.

Technical information may include IP address, device and browser information, cookie and advertising identifiers, approximate location, referring URLs, pages and products viewed, interactions, cart and checkout activity, timestamps, and diagnostic or fraud-prevention information.

3

Sources of Information

We collect information directly from customers and recipients, automatically through our website and related technologies, and from service providers involved in payments, delivery, analytics, advertising, fraud prevention, hosting, communications, and customer support. We may combine information from these sources where permitted by law.

4

How and Why We Use Information

We use personal information to accept and fulfill orders; process payments; coordinate delivery; communicate with customers and recipients; provide support; manage substitutions, refunds, replacements, and disputes; manage subscriptions, passwordless account access and chat; personalize recommendations; maintain business and tax records; detect fraud and security incidents; enforce our terms; comply with law; and protect the rights, safety, and property of Rosa Fiora and others.

We may also use information to improve our website and services, measure performance and advertising, understand customer interests, and send marketing where permitted. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations, consent, or another lawful basis.

5

Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies. These may include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Pinterest Tag, OpenAI Pixel, and related services that help us measure traffic, understand interactions, attribute advertising, prevent fraud, and improve services. These providers may receive technical and usage information and may use their own cookies or identifiers under their privacy policies. OpenAI Pixel is loaded only after advertising consent. Its provider-controlled automatic advanced matching setting may hash purchaser contact fields entered in forms. Rosa Fiora does not explicitly send purchaser or recipient contact details in its OpenAI measurement events; recipient fields are used for order fulfillment.

You may restrict cookies through browser settings and use provider opt-out tools. Blocking certain technologies may affect site functionality. Where required by law, we will request consent before using non-essential technologies. Browser "Do Not Track" signals are not uniformly supported; where legally required and technically feasible, we will honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.

6

Images, Chat, and Automated Tools

Images, mood boards, outfits, interiors, bouquet references, chat messages, and related prompts submitted through custom requests or chat may be transmitted to hosting, artificial-intelligence, image-processing, and customer-support providers solely to operate, secure, and improve the requested service and as otherwise disclosed here.

Do not upload confidential information, government identifiers, payment-card details, sensitive health information, or an image you are not authorized to use. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for uploaded content. Automated recommendations are informational and may be reviewed, modified, or rejected by our florists.

7

Recipient and Third-Party Information

If you provide information about a recipient or another person, you represent that you are authorized to provide it for delivery, gifting, communication, and order support. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of that information. We may contact a recipient when reasonably necessary to complete or protect a delivery.

8

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Rosa Fiora does not store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes on its own application servers. Payment providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

9

How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to vendors and service providers that support payment processing, order management, delivery, hosting, cloud storage, email, SMS, chat, artificial intelligence, analytics, advertising, fraud prevention, security, accounting, and legal compliance. They may use information only as permitted by contract or applicable law.

We may also disclose information in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction; to comply with law, court orders, subpoenas, or government requests; to investigate fraud or security incidents; to enforce our agreements; or to protect rights, property, safety, and the integrity of our services.

10

Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

We do not sell personal information for money. Certain analytics or advertising disclosures may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising under some U.S. state privacy laws. Where those laws apply, you may request to opt out by contacting us. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of children under 16 for targeted advertising.

11

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including order fulfillment, customer service, accounting, tax and legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, chargeback defense, and enforcement of agreements. Retention periods vary by information type, sensitivity, legal requirements, and business need. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information where lawful.

12

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No transmission, storage system, or security measure is guaranteed to be completely secure. You use the website and transmit information at your own risk to the extent permitted by law.

13

Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of personal information; to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, sharing, or profiling; to withdraw consent; or to appeal a denied request.

Submit a request to hello@rosafiora.com or call (305) 707-7550. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. We may retain or decline to delete information where permitted or required for transactions, legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, disputes, or business records. Authorized agents may be required to provide written authorization. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

14

Marketing Communications

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message and may request to stop marketing texts by replying STOP where available. Transactional, payment, delivery, security, and customer-support communications are not marketing and may continue as necessary. Carrier message and data rates may apply.

15

Children

Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

16

International Processing and Third-Party Links

Information may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and Rosa Fiora is not responsible for them.

17

Changes and Contact

We may update this Policy to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. The "Last updated" date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated when required by law. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Policy to the extent permitted by law.
