Flowers are natural and seasonal, so each design is unique. We preserve the arrangement’s overall palette, scale and character while allowing for natural variation.

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

A florist may substitute an unavailable stem with a bloom of equal or greater value while preserving the intended color palette, quality and overall design.

Can I choose the delivery time?

You may select an available delivery window at checkout. Exact arrival times are not guaranteed because traffic, building access and route conditions can vary.

What happens if the recipient is not available?

We may contact the purchaser or recipient and, when safe and permitted, leave the order with reception, a doorman, neighbor or protected location.

For the widest flower and delivery selection, we recommend ordering several days ahead. Bouquets marked Same Day can also be scheduled for delivery today before the displayed cutoff.
