Corporate Event Florals: Making a Statement
By Rosa Fiora Editorial ·

Corporate events present a unique opportunity for floral design to communicate brand identity. The key is restraint married with impact. A single dramatic installation at the entry sets the tone more effectively than twenty small table arrangements scattered throughout a room.
For product launches, consider using flowers that echo the brand's color palette. A tech company might benefit from clean lines, monochromatic white blooms, and architectural foliage. A heritage fashion house, on the other hand, calls for abundant, romantic arrangements in deep jewel tones.
Height matters. Low arrangements encourage conversation across the table. Tall installations frame the room and create vertical interest. The most successful corporate designs use both strategically — low centerpieces for dining tables, tall installations for entryways and stage framing.
Always consider scent. In a dining setting, opt for flowers with subtle fragrance or none at all. In a gallery or reception space, scented blooms like garden roses or tuberose add an invisible layer of luxury.
